Talking to an AI, having an incredible, interactive, and flowing conversation? heck yeah! you will be able to do that with OpenAI newest creation ChatGPT (kind of like InstructGPT cousin)
ChatGPT can answer follow-up questions, admit when it’s wrong, challenge incorrect deductions, and it can also reject inappropriate requests! all that by using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) very similar to InstructGPT but with some differences in the data collection setup.
As with every new creation, it has its limitations; sometimes, it could write something that could sound plausible, but it is incorrect, or maybe it doesn’t even make sense because the answer depends on what the
model knows rather than what the human knows; also, sometimes ChatGPT could say it doesn’t know the answer you are looking for but just rephrase it, and it could answer correctly. ChatGPT is free to use right now on OpenAI’s web; they very much know many limitations remain to fix, so they invite all users to use ChatGPT and send feedback on issues they might not be aware of.
